CALL TO ACTION

What is "Call to Action"?

"Call to Action" provides you with opportunities to help fight for the end of illegal targeting, directed energy torture and other violations of physical and mental sovereignty. This may involve many different types of actions, including writing and calling your federal, state and/or local officials, signing petitions, protesting or making alliances with other organizations with similar goals.

How Can "Call to Action" Help You?

We have ample evidence now to conclude that nobody is coming to save us. We literally are engaged in a war between good and evil and each of us must take up the mantle to help save ourselves and protect the rest of humanity. You can be a hero in your own life and the lives of generations to come by joining forces with other Illegally Targeted People to help change the world.

Guidance for Contacting Government Officials

Some issues should be addressed to officials in their capacity as a representative of a state and some should be addressed to officials in their capacity as a congressional committee member. If connecting with officials in their capacity as a representative of a state, you should contact YOUR OWN representatives and senators first. Many officials will not accept your calls or emails if you do not live in the district they represent and trying to influence them can be a huge waste of both time and money.

For some insights into the effectiveness of calls, letters, emails and petitions to members of Congress, see  What Calling Congress Achieves from The New Yorker.

How Can You Find Your Elected Officials?

You can find your federal, state and local officials at USA.gov by enterng your home address in the search fields.

Input on the BRAIN Initiative
Through May 19, 2019

BRAIN Initiative Request for Information (RFI) 2019
"The Advisory Committee to the NIH Director BRAIN Initiative Working Group 2.0, formed in April 2018, has been working tirelessly to understand how best to adapt the strategic plan for the NIH BRAIN Initiative in response to the evolving scientific landscape. Through portfolio review, public scientific workshops, and public town hall dialogues, the Working Group has learned much about the progress and potential for the Initiative. The text represents their thoughts on potential changes to the specific goals outlined in BRAIN 2025: A Scientific Vision, including the identification of new opportunities for research and technology development, within a solid ethical framework, to ensure BRAIN Initiative research is of the utmost value to the public it intends to serve. Following a 30-day public comment period, the Working Group will review all responses as they iterate the final version of a Report that they will present to the Advisory Committee to the NIH Director (ACD) at their meeting on June 13th and 14th, 2019.  The ACD will consider the Working Group’s findings before providing their recommendations to NIH Director, Dr. Francis Collins. "
