How can Targeted Cases help you?

Targeted Cases can provide you with a goldmine of information.  This is true whether the targeted plaintiff won the case or the case was dismissed. You can learn about other cases cited and the reasoning of the court in its “Opinion”. The court’s explanation will help you understand not only what was successful, but also what was not successful so that you can improve upon what has been done in the past and research the cases that the court cites to back up its argument.

Generally, you will not cite these Targeted Cases cases in your own lawsuit complaint or motions. The relevant cases to be cited in your complaint or motions will be in the Constitutional Case Law section.

We will be providing additional information on these cases over the next weeks and months, including separating them out by type of case and type of targeting abuse. The link or pdf that we will be providing will be the verbatim official opinion of the court.
