UNITED STATES CODES

What are U.S. Codes?

United States Codes are federal laws passed by Congress. The types of codes we are concerned with are civil, criminal and war.

How Can U.S. Codes Help You?

You can file lawsuits against the federal government under U.S. civil codes. The government can take legal actions against perpetrators under U.S. criminal codes. We will be updating this list and including discussion on the codes.

Civil Code


The following are codes that Illegally Targeted People can use in lawsuits.

  • 28 U.S. Code § 1346 -  United States as Defendant
  • 31 U.S. Code § 5328 – Whistleblower Protections
  • ​42 U.S. Code § 1983 – Civil Action for Deprivation of Rights - lawsuits brought under this code are called Constitutional Torts
  • 42 U.S. Code § 1985 – Conspiracy to Interfere with Civil Rights
  • 42 U.S. Code § 1981 – Equal Rights Under the Law
  • 47 U.S. Code § 223  –  Obscene or Harassing Telephone Calls in the District of Columbia or in Interstate or Foreign Communications

Criminal Code

The following are codes that the government may be able to use to prosecute crimes against Illegally Targeted People. Targets cannot sue under the criminal code.

  • 18 U.S. Code § 371  -  Conspiracy to Commit Offense or to Defraud United States
  • 18 U.S. Code § 661 – (Larceny) Within Special Maritime and Territorial Jurisdiction
  • 18 U.S. Code § 872 – Extortion by Officers or Employees of the United States
  • 18 U.S. Code § 873 – Blackmail
  • 18 U.S. Code § 875(c) – Interstate Communications
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1001– Statements or Entries Generally
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1111 – Murder
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1117 – Conspiracy to Commit Murder
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1503 – Influencing or Injuring Officer or Juror Generally
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1509 – Obstruction of Court Orders 
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1510 – Obstructing a Criminal Investigations
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1512 – Tampering with a Witness, Victim, or an Informant
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1513 – Retaliating Against a Witness, victim, or an Informant
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1519 -  Destruction, Alteration, or Falsification of Records in Federal Investigations
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1584 – Sale into Involuntary Servitude
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1905 – Disclosure of Confidential Information Generally
  • 18 U.S. Code § 1961-1968 – Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO)

  • 18 U.S. Code § 2261 – (Interstate Domestic Violence) Stalking
  • 18 U.S. Code § 2265 – Full Faith and Credit Given to Protection Orders

  • 18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason
  • 18 U.S. Code § 2340 – Torture and Conspiracy to Commit Torture
  • 18 U.S. Code § 2382 – Misprision of Treason
